Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your availability and seat selection, if seat selection is possible. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues and artists, generally prohibit The Murder Mystery Company from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. All tickets for events for participating venues and teams are non-refundable after purchase. Tickets purchased online, through Groupon, by telephone, or in any other manner, are not available for exchange or refund. Once tickets are selected for a date, the date may not be changed.
