The Murder Mystery Co. does not issue refunds.

As a courtesy, all tickets/reservations may be transferred to another name free of charge, but must be redeemed on the date that was originally scheduled.  Once a date is scheduled for a show, it may not be rescheduled.  In the event of an emergency there will be a $15 re-booking fee per ticket.
